Based on the following for entering the EKA code:

"Using the key, turn the driver's door lock to the UNLOCK position and hold in this position for at least 5 seconds.
An audible warning is then emitted to indicate that the body control unit is ready to accept the code."

If I do NOT hear an audible warning would that then mean that the vehicle is not immobilized and that a non cranking issue is not alarm / locked out related?
Power door locks work fine
Battery tests OK
All lights, radio etc.function as normal

Working on a process of elimination following a head gasket job and now will not crank...bugger.

Thanks in advance for any advise including towing to the scrap yard. Will post a video later of the dash lights and chimes when attempting to start.

If you use the search function,at the top of the page, type in EKA threads, lots of help will appear for you to read, and help you.

here you go,from a post by sierrafery.
manual or auto... usually the harness/oil in ECU causes running issues not non-starting, for complete non-starter the battery, crank sensor or starter are the prime suspects... check voltage while cranking, if it drops under 10V it will not start, you need nore power then, the starter also used to develop an internal fault as to disturb the crank signal, try to bump start it and if it starts replace the starter, check the crank sensor's plug too... and find somebody with tester

As i understood here it's about a non cranking thing which is different than the one i've refered in the above statement... based on the OP's statement "Power door locks work fine" provided they work on fob request it means that the fob-receiver relation is OK so it's not immobilised, in this case the problem is that the starter doesnt turn for some reason, so check the small lucar connector on the solenoid to not be loosen, make sure the main starter feed is not corroded, give a tug with a hammer to the starter and try then(if it starts this way replace the starter), check fusible link FL12 and swap relays R2(starter) with R3(headlamp wash) to rule out a feed issue... you didnt mention anything about a loud click cos if you hear one then the solenoid contacts are gone) if no joy we'll speak then

if the fob doesnt work only then it's immobiliser issue
