Hey guys I have just brought a egr removal kit for my 52 plate td5 110 I wondered if anyone knows if mine would have a heat exchanger? As if it does I won't be able to fit the kit just yet as will need more blanking plate. Could anyone help me??

Easy to tell. Look at the front of the engine. Is there an oval shaped gizmo about 8 inches long with flexible metal pipes either end and two small coolant pipes attached? If not then you have the earlier EGR setup. Either way you only need to blank the flexible metal pipe where it exists the front edge of the exhaust manifold. Extra blanking plates are not needed.
