Sold some steel wheels on eBay the other day. Waited in for 3 hours an they didn't pick them up. Fuming! They have paid to. What should I do?

they are now their property.
I would suggest that you tell them that yu will store them for x days and then you will either charge them storage or resell them to recover the extra costs involved.
then its up to you.
