Greetings Tractor drivers.

Quick and easy question for you from a gaylander driver currently having an alcahol fueled "discussion" with a works tractor driver.

The question is thus..

Defender 110 on an S reg; Does it run as 2WD for normal driving?

No, permanent 4x4. Diff lock locks the diff between the axles not the axles themselves so on a normally set up vehicle the wheels on either end of the axle still have diff.
