Yesterday,I parked car in town and when I returned the rear end was at full height and the front end fully down on its stops. There is no warning/failure warning message

I have tried to raise and lower again with no success at all and I cannot get any change even after leaving it overnight and restarting.

The front struts were renewed just 2 years ago.

Can anyone help please as I have to lower to the access height to get the car into my garage under the up & over door?

On the selector switch, are there any lights at all?

Also what year?

Yes the lights work but they do not terminate in a still high or low light even when just using the access switch on the driver's door.

Car is a Sep 2003 (04 model) Vogue 4.4 petrol auto

compressor could be knackered,
broken height sensor

diagnostics would point you in the right direction

needs putting on diagnostics really, would help if you put where you live so maybe some one local could help you.
