Why do you want to remove the kit? Is it to put something else there, the reason I ask is that one day you may sell the vehicle and the new owner may well want to restore the system to put it back to its original spec.
But if you want to fit, say, a tool kit, or maybe a box of spare parts, tow rope, perhaps even an emergency food supply..........
Y'know, just in case, sort of thing![]()

Apart from questions about you mental state you can.ⓡⓤⓓⓨ;3290329 said:Hi all,
My RR has had a spring conversion, but the box with compressor is still there and still connected.
Can I just disconnect and remove this without any further issues?
Ah, emergence drink supply, cannot argue against that.By the way, have you never heard of springs breaking? I've had two go on the X type, one impaled the tyre. In my nine years of ownership, my 38 has never let me down, guess that's down to maintenance. The springs I would put down to the poor road conditions in my area and the **** materials used by Jaguar.
