where's the best/proper place to put an earth strap.just doing some of the things i was advised to on here
bought a new battery,tested the alternator(ok)
now for the earth strap
its a 200tdi

from the back of the starter to the engine mount on the chassis

Mine goes from the battery to the T/box so thinking about it maybe I should have one to the body as well or is it isolated earth return being an ally body ?

body is earthed to the chassis, as normal. Put one from the block/starter too, will start loads better.

i put one off the alternator,one off the engine and one off the battery,see how i get on now.
