If the airbags are original, odds on they need replacing. 7/8 years 80K miles design life.

Could be a few things, but old bags are always favorite. Going up quickly is a sign that all else is well. Won't be for long if you don't sort the leaks.

Cross DATSATEK's palm with a few wine vouchers and you get the software for the suspension system, the computer connection lead, a copy of RAVE and a GUIIDE TO REPLACING THE AIRBAGS.

Datatek has done a guide to replacing the air-bags int he How To section. Very easy. I used an old coathanger bent over to pull the pins out.

Also, I removed the wheel arch liner to get at the front driver's side as it made it laughably easy but the experienced guys say it isn't necessary. Reckon it took 2 hours to do the whole lot the first time.

Oh, and Dunlop are cheaper (Island 4x4 do a good deal for all 4) but generally accepted that Gen II Arnot give a better ride.

Put new pins in while you're doing it. Only about a fiver extra.

Done all four of mine backs were easy to get at and fairly easy to do with datateks how to sheet. The fronts were a bit awkward took longer take out wheel arch liners makes it easier but removing and replacing bottom pin was a bit of a mare.
Glad I've done them now should last for years.
