Hi I’ve developed a ratiling noise when accelerating on my 11 plate auto looks to be nothing obvious lose underneath anyone any ideas

Is the noise proportional to vehicle speed or engine revs?

Is it engine rattle when putting yer foot down heavy to the floor?

Check the rear exhaust head shield hasn’t dropped or broken one of its mounts

I know this posting is from 2019, but curious to know, did you fix the issue and if so how? That’s the rattling in your FL2 when under hard acceleration. Mines doing that now, I have an FL2 3.2 i6, is your an i6 petrol too? Cheers, Jasko
