I'm a new owner as of today and I'm generally very happy!

I am trying to work out how to change the driving mode though - When I push the button it flashes and doesn't let me select a mode.

As already mentioned you will find the info in the owners handbook.
Whit most modern cars theres two handbook, basic and the full on version which u
have to download from LR via their app. Then look for the chapter ‘driving modes.

Not a disco I know, but it may look like this, headings and subheadings for the operation of everything installed in and on the vehicle.
