Hello!

I’ve replaced my swivel housing, disc, and bearings and once all the hub elements are reassembled there is not enough space for the circlip to be fitted (see photos below). The stub Axel is fitted tightly, the bearings are also fitted tightly.

Any suggestions would be very helpful

Take one of the drive member bolts/ or get a similar one, does not have to be perfect, screw / push it into the threaded hole in the end of the shaft and pull it out.

fit circlip.

Have a look at this. About 46 minutes in it shows Mike pulling his shaft out. Dirty boy
