Where can I purchase a new drag link from for a landy 90. The only ones I seem to be able to find are for a disco.

I've only changed both rods (track and drag)

I went for PM960 Heavy Duty Steering Rods for all Defender inc Ball Joints

good set, greasable ball joints...

what wrong with your current one?

There's nothing wrong with the actual rod itself but i'm renewing the drop arm and a couple of the joints so may as well renew the tube also. Does that drag link come with both ball joints?

Sorry not the ball joint I meant the connector to connect to the drop arm and the steering damper

yep the drag link has one end ball joint the other end is threaded and bolts onto the bracket near the steering damper

How hard is it to get the tube off the connector?

I had that go on me RRC.
It was a complete 'see-you-enn-tee'
So I had to buy the whole tube and new ends.
It is slightly different on the rangie however.

a bit of a pain but achievable there is split along the tube and a clamp holding it tight.

I dowsed it in WD40 12 hrs prior and again a few hours before
once the clamp was off

have a hammer at the ready tho
