Have had a bit water coming in front footwell, stopped with cheap easy repair.
Tools: Spirit or other cleaner, contact adhesive & a cloth

Good job, I did the same myself a few weeks back. It has sealed nicely now, dry as a bone........

Perfect, have same issue. Water in the cable cut out in the floor on drivers side. Only noticed today that the whole top had come unstuck.
 
Sorry I do not understand what you did.

You removed the seal, cleaned behind, let it dry, had glue and put it back?

Lifted loose seal - cleaned - applied glue - wait - fix seal - pressure on with cloth, door closed.
1 photo didn't work, was one showing both seal and frame with glue drying for required time (15-20 minutes) before fixing together, next photo is the one with the cloth in between door and seal for added pressure for good few hours.
