After nearly eight years of ownership I have just discovered the door mirrors on my FL2 have lights underneath. They never seem to illuminate.
Does anyone know when they are supposed to come on, and how to replace the lamps if they don't?

They will come on when yer unlock it or open a door. The lens cover is levered oft with a very thin screwdriver or similar. Poke it in the middle of the edge of the lens furthest from the door.

Depending on spec they might not be connected !

Mine's an SE spec, so I'd imagine they would have worked . . . at some time. I'll prise the lens covers off tomorrow and see what's what.

Also check the fuse is ok and fitted, if it's on a separate fuse to the mirror. Can't remember at the moment.
