I am considering installing rear ladder on my Disco, but I'm a tad concerned this might attract mischievous kids who might find it fun to climb up on the roof of my Disco. Is this just my imagination working overtime, or has anyone had similar problems having a ladder on their Disco? The ladder would be mainly for aesthetic reasons more than actually using it to access roof.

Can't see it being a problem but I would have thought you'd take a ladder off for aesthetic reasons not fit one;)

And another thing......if you slip while standing on the bumper or the top of a wheel getting at the stuff on the roof, you might twist yer ankle. If you get up there via a ladder and you fall off you'll break yer flamin neck:D

wtf is the point of putting a ladder on the back door for aesthetic reasons. for a start you are adding weight to an already heavy back door that is renown for breaking hinges . if you are that desperate to spend 3o quid for no reason just send it to me ;)

don't listen to yella, he knows not wot he says..

m.
send yer thirty quid to me

From my experiance, Ladders are only safe if you aint got a light bulb in ya hand when ya fall off em!!!!! :D

Now that hurts!!!!!;) :D

Ladders and light bulbs are perfectly safe - it's trying to hold the lightbulb all the way down and being too stoopid to through it away while yer fallin' that's dangerous!

Wire up your ladder to your battery and this will stop little darlings climbing it

Sliciters aren't good at letting go of things.
