Hi All

I have a 2005 4.4V8.
Now just getting ready set of discs and pads after 34000 miles.

I am just about to get my calipers rebuild/refurbished and fir new discs and pads.
Any recommendations?

If you check around the bank holiday weekend Eurocarparts tend to do a 75% off. That makes Brembo disks and pads about the right price.

£241 for all front and back....is that about right?

That's about 4 times what it costs for a P38 so sounds plausible! By the time the 75% off offer is added that will be affordable!

Brembo Eicher and Mintex are all made in the same place, allegedly

That seems rather steep!? but it is an L322 after all!!

It cost £30 less than that for Pads/Discs 2 rear calipers and a front cali rebuild kit lol on mine lol

I used to use Pagid or Mintex but switched to Brembo hoping to see less dust bonded to my alloys. It might be my imagination but I think there is less.

EBC do low dust brake pads amongst other types good quality but not cheap.

I bought Delphi discs and pads for mine, I think it was £100 per axle but can’t remember exactly

Well, managed to get around to sorting the discs and pads.
Brembo....
Really great...highly recommended.
