HI All
New here and looking into getting my first disco. Problem is the one l'm looking at is a 1999 2.4 petrol but
has a problem with the immobiliser and will not start.
Question is is it possible to bypass it to drive the disco home. ?

What, like you would do if you wanted to steal it? Unfortunately you probably wont get much help here as telling you how to bypass an alarm/immobilizer on a public forum isn't really a wise thing to do!

2.4? So I take it it's a v8 running on only 5 cylinders?

Yes 2.4 lpg and have done checks and does not appear to be stolen . Just thought it was worth a look but only option is to drive it home if bought

Er, ok. Never heard of a 2.4 petrol disco but if you insist. To be quite honest, if you have never had one, then a disco of that age with dodgy electrics is best avoided. Buy one that EVERYTHING works on, or you may be in for an expensive shock.
