Do you mean diffs, or complete axles? Just changing the diff won't give you disk brakes.
Do a search - there's plenty of info regarding swapping Defender axles for Discovery ones. It's on my "to do" list!

fit 300tdi disco axles as you have more choice of wheels and 24 spline.at that age most parts where common
