If so anyone know anyone where I can buy one or make one for me ?

When you take into account that the "discrete" winch bumper is the best part of £1k

D44 Discovery 3 Discreet Winch Mount Kit- 2.7 Tdv6

So under £1400 for that is actually not that bad - on a comparasion only basis.
