Hello there, just joined the forum.
I have a discovery 2 with a front sunroof not working. Rear works fine and I have swapped switches and they both work so not that. Initially thought it was a broken motor so got a second hand one off eBay, that did not solve it. I think it is now electrical being a dodger ECU or an open circuit. Trouble is I am not certain how to test for either. So any help would be gratefully received.

Hi .as this is the introduce section you might won't to try putting a bit more about you and your disco in it . Then try posting again in the discovery section with your problem it will get far more help that way
So Have you tested both your old motor and the one off flea/bay by plugging them into your rear roof or bench test ? As water damage is a big prob with these motors . And also they can be striped cleaned and rebuilt very easily

By the way it is a 2002 Disco 2 ES. 55,000 miles and I live in Jersey.
