Check egr position, Iirc they dont go less than 5 percent
2007 Euro4 cant just be blanked like earlier models, needs emulators or a remap/patch.
Have you checked the large intercooler hose, they go hard and split?

nice one will look into this today. was driving fine last week before i borrowed it out, ile have a look today if reds been put in aswell got that feeling thats whats happened just hope it aint pump
