Hi all,
Got a bit of a problem, and I have looked on here and still can not find the answer, which I normally can, but there is lots about lack of power.....
I have a disco td5, 2000 ES, with a stage 2 TD5 Alive tune, or should I say had!!!! With silicon hoses, I came back to derby a couple of weeks ago then found I had diesel in my oil!!! When I got back to norfolk I put it straight into JSF for the injector seals and copper washers to be fixed, which they did, and this is were my problems start.
On the way home I had a definite lack of power, worst of all when pulling away it takes a long time to build up enough power to pull away, mid range is ok but top end struggles after 60
I have just changed the turbo actuator, which having read on here was a cheap fix and kind of sounded like my problem, but it didn't really make a difference, I'm now thinking about having the injectors recon'd but don't want to spend £500 if I don't have to, there's also no fault logged on hawkeye, please does anyone have any pearls of wisdom that may help, thanks in advance:blabla:
