Hi all,

Just replaced my radiator and i noticed the bottom hose was bent to ****.

No way could I get the kink out of it, i eventually took my old clams 4 of them and put them in where the kink is much better but not to my liking.

a) is this bad
b) how do others with this conversion get around this?

looking at that pic, if you turn the hose clockwise on the water pump it might pull the kink out a little

I cant I tried that, even with the hose from the bottle disconnected it still does not help :<

yu mite need to do as Yella suggests and trim the length of the two ends of the main pipe a bit shorter

been there tried that, you'll never get the angles right using the old hose, get yerself a plastic tee piece - and some nice new hose while yer at it

Hi all,

Thanks for all the previous advice I have now replaced the following:

New sender unit, new temp gauge, new radiator, hose now fully unbent.

Still bloody way over the red, any other suggestions.
