I am just starting off on designing a full tubular space frame for comp safari racing, looking at using disco 2 axles front and rear. Could anyone help with dimensions for bits like the size of the radius mounts (bolt size, and inside width or width of the bushing), and the position of the mount (width apart and distance from the centre of the axle to centre of the mount on the chassis perhaps).
Thinking of making the rear axle take radius arms with either a panhard rod, or i'll design up a Watts linkage system.
I am designing the whole thing using CAD first, then I'm intending to build next year
