Just been to have a look at a facelift d2 manual (with diff lock installed)😆. Its the first one I looked at and I noticed there is a fuel filter ( similar looking to the d1, with the drain tap on) located in the rear drivers side wheel arch between the chassis and wheel!!. Is this supposed to be there cos seems like a vulnerable place for it to be located???

Ok thanks. If the bank manager will give me loads of money tomorrow I think I will take it for a test thrash😆😆😆😆

You can modify a TD5 defender filter guard to fit the D2.

Cool. I plan on getting it muddy so was a bit worried about the filter getting damaged.
