How do these work?

Do they tilt forward or does the back rock forward along with the whole seat sliding forward?

from what i remember of mum and dads 2 door, the seats are rigid, the clever bit is the seat base, which moves forwards in a sort of parrallelogram action, resulting in the seat moving forwards, and tipping at the same time.

the seat mount is sprung and flips up. I will post photosof mine if you need me to
