Hi I agree with Redhand ,prob stalk as i have replaced two in my last three disco's
with similar symptoms not to hard a task to fit just a pain to remove garb from around collum would recomend e -bay, as brand new
they are expensive from main dealers .

Pre March 1994 disco's dont have a dim-dip relay but a control unit mounted on the rear of the steering column support bracket.
It's only the later models that have a relay located behind the dash on the passenger side and the resistor located on the engine compartment bulkhead.
