hi guys have been out and looked but cant find the hand primer for the diesle pump .so how do i now bleed the system .i had the twin tanks lever switched to the empty tank when i was messing with the fuel gauge

Its on the same side of the engine behind and below the injector pump.
Try a search as the cav pump can be a toss to bleed up.

Dont worry about spelling only saddos will pick you up on it!
Bearing in mind they are absolutely perfect themselves not.

i have worked on the landy all day and finaly got it running .bled the fuel system with the help i got on here thanks but had to do it several times .70 quid for a new battery as well .so thought i would teach it a leeson and gave it a good thashing round the block .thanks for the help cheers
