What do i need to do? Put vehicle on level ground and chock the wheels, remove both propshafts, disconnect diflock switch cables, handbrake cable, t/box breater pipe, reverse light cables (because they get in the way) and diflock+low range arms. Remove the t/box oil, take the weight off the t/box with a suitable jackable platform underneath it, undo all the bolts holding the t/box to the g/box and pull it away. vice versa for replacement, but if you intend on reusing the defender handbrake on the disco t/box you will need to drill and tap 1xhole for the handbrake bracket.

What do i need to buy? a decent t/box, a set of OEM LT230 Gaskets (you would be mad no to do this while the t/box is sitting on the ground!) some gasket sealant, stanly blades (to remove any old gasket)

How easy is it to swap speedo thing around? very easy, its one bolt to remove the bracket holding it on.

And what about diff lock? slightly more difficult, but a needle nose pliers makes it easier.

How much should i be paying for the box? i paid €50

Oh and anyone fancy helping me do it hahahahaha worth asking no, haha
