you have to drill the handbreak bracket to line up with the bolt holes on the box
if i remember its the front bolts , the back ones line up i think

Disco tbox bolts strait on but you have to drill the two holes near the rear output flange and tap to fit the handbrake bracket, m8 I think off the top of my head maybe wrong thou as it was a while ago that I did mine, don't drill to far in thou best way I found was to put the drill bit in the defender tbox to set how deep to drill, the two rear bolt holes are already there.

on some brackets you can just swap cable ,compare brackets when you get boxes

I have a 2.5td transfer box is rattling on tick over. Would similar box work on that?
