Steady on redhand ,I'm from the midlands but I'm definitely not a yamyam. We say 'ayup me duck arta reet' they say 'yam orroyt yam ore'

Thank Christ for that , have worked with a few in me time, and dare I say at one point even started to sound like em, but that was in my dim and distant past, and i was very young and impressionable at the time. sound normal now tha naws.
