Hi all I am looking to replace the panel around the fuel filler after backing into a trailer a few years ago. Scoured the internet but can't find anything except the whole tear tub. I think I may be searching for the wrong thing, anyone know the correct name for the panel? Or even better where to get one? Pics attached. It's a 2000 TD5 90.
Cheers, Tom

Usually called a rear wing.Changing one is quite a lot of work drilling out spot welds ect.

I would have thought "rear wing" was a fairly good description for it too!! Maybe there aren't many about!

You can get aftermarket versions, whether they'll fit or not is a bit of a lottery I hear.

Looking at your damage you'll need the rear 1/4 panel as well, plus the capping.

I wasn't going to bother at all but i need to replace the rear cross member at some point so thought it would be an ideal opportunity.

Mallet and a block of wood, bit of spray paint to touch it up, job jobbed. £500+ in the bank for other things.

Gives the Landy a bit of character in my opinion, and you'll be less concerned when you are using it off road about that new wing you've just put on and is all shiny and new.

Sounds like a plan! :)
