030180de5f594dba474af2149e2d3131-http___c713667.r67.cf3.rackcdn.com_TT228G1CB_1_large-480x300.jpegMy d-reg defender 90 2.5petrol is now up for swaps. its got loads of chequre plating more than usual. i have just replaced the rear crossmember in october 2012. mot till october 2013 with NO advisories tax till march. full roof rack. 2500lb winch which is boxed and locked with chequer plating, power steering, only thing wrong with this is the front diff has play which is common and easy fix but just being honest, never caused a prob though just typical land rover. i just broke the speedo cable will fix when goes, and drivers window is starting to play up a lil nothing major though.

am looking for a discovery of some sort must be modified for off roading and road legal.

blimey u wernt joking about the cp..a nice new xmember fitted and u cover it in cp so it rusts out even quicker..

good luck tho u should get a good deal against that tho
 
I know i did hesitate about it as it looked nice a new and really tidy but i thought the covering would help to protect it lol

no not really mud n water will get trapped in there.

don't let the fender go for nxt to nowt tho even with the petrol engine in it,if someone put a tdi in that it would be worth loads more.
 
I was thinking about doing a 200tdi conversion but i f###ed my back up and not confidant enough to do it myself and i cant afford garage prices. shame id consider keeping it lol.

a £2.5k modded disco should get you shed loads of toys,but a year down the line at mot time it will be worth less,dont undersell your 90 mate they will hold a fair price all day long
