Dear All,

Any ideas what is going on with this Company? I ordered some parts which then arrived but they were the wrong parts. I spoke to Defender Bits and they agreed to change them, in fact they even said that they were visiting Exmoor Trim on the day I spoke to them so they would be able to pick them up.

That was 10 or so days ago, I need these parts to be able to complete the fitting of the seat belts in teh rear.

I have left numerous messages on their answerphone, sent several emails all with no response.

Do I contact Trading Standards?

I really dont want this to get out of hand but what can i do?

Any advice or if anyone knows this Company please let me know.

I have just been advised that the order has been cancelled and a full refund is on it's way. A great shame they couldn't supply the parts.
