Has anyone fitted defender flexi arches on a discovery or better still extra wide defender arches.
I'm thinking of going down this route as I'm getting ahead with my discovery build up.

Mainly cost.
You can pick up second hand defender arches pretty cheap and due to the shape they give you a lot of scope for big tyres!

A lot of cutting has to ben done I suspect.

Ide be interested anorl cos all the disco one's ive seen are soft rubber type and i want some hard one's so they can be painted

I dont see why not you could fit anything if you try hard enough.
But you may need to chop a lot of the bodywork about to fit big wheels and tyres.

please dont put defender archs on a disco i had the idea then i saw one with it done and and looked awful and put me straight off so bit the bullet. got mine new for £120 from flatdog uk at a show
