When you have been for a drive, check hand brake drum. It can get pretty hot if dragging.
A hand held IR reader is useful tool, point at UJ's too as one that is seizing can also get warmer than others.

I went for a drive and tried applying the handbrake and there was no difference in noise and when I got back the drum was very warm I will take it out and will see if the drum is warm after a normal drive.

Hello everyone
I have some good news I have found the cause of all my problems after looking at all of the rear end from suspension, brakes, body mounts and having the diff refurbished which I needed to do as the carrier was shot this didn’t solve my problem. Then I had a stroke of luck and someone said it might be the prop shaft. So I took the prop shaft to a specialist and had it realigned and rebalanced as it had too much wight on it and was out of alignment which I didn’t think was a thing but we learn something new every day.
Over all the noise has completely gone away. Also just some info on the car it is still the stock prop shaft and the car is on a 2 inch lift.
