Does any one know why the TC,HAND BRAKE LIGHT and UP/DOWN rear suspension warning lights stay on please.

Discovery 3 or 2? I was only aware of this happening on the D2 (do a search for "Three Amigos").

It can be anything related to the ABS system, from a bad connection within the pump block, to a knackered wheel hub. You need to find someone local with a diagnostic tool (Hawkeye or Nanocom) to be sure what the problem is.

ETA I just saw on your profile that you have a TD5, so it IS a Discovery 2. Please use the correct label, it saves confusion!

The OP states it's a D3 in the subject ??
I can only suggest getting it plugged into diagnostics to reveal the true fault.
