Just emailed Stratstone Mayfair and Heathrow.

I basically said that I was not taking the offer of the courtesy car, as I feel it is unfair that the real reason for the visit, was to rectify previous work carried out by them.

I also requested, paper work for all works carried in the past, so I can build up a folder. When asked before, they were a bit off.

Just waiting for a response
