A very very big man decided to force my stuck Diff Selector Stick (inside the Cab) to move when it was well and trully jammed.
He got it to move out of HIGH RATIO, only problem is that now I cannot engage LOW RATIO (locking diff stills works in HIGH ONLY).
I've re-aligned the multi-spline cog which is connected to the Diff Stick linkage between the diff gear box and the selector stick but this means I can only engage Low or High, but not both?!?
I am presuming the linkage has been bent? It looks easily possible as it is a weedy little piece of metal.

Is it possible to bend it back, move the pivot point??? Basically if anyone has any thoughts that will give me guidance I'll be very grateful.

Cheers

ok to follow up:

i have been working on the transfer gear (differential selector), after a few modifications i have found the the selector fork and the internal selector (which moves the physical gear selector inside the transfer box) have been bent up. I had to straighten the selector fork (which links from the gear stick down to the gear box) and have also made a number of other modifications which now allows me to go between HIGH & LOW gear ratios without any problem... took a f**king long time though, should have just bought the parts!
