Seen a couple of threads on here bashing customer service, so thought Id pop on and share a good experience.
Bought a couple of extended mirrors from paddocks just after i bought me motor, mid jan one stopped locking into position, the arm was flopping about.
Emailed paddocks, got a reply within 24hrs apologising, and a new one would be sent, received the new one 48hrs later.
Bonus is they didnt want the faulty one back, so now I have a spare mirror head :)
 
I know plenty of people that have used them,and been fine, but had issues with returns/faults.
Ive used them quite few times now, between them and LRdirect (cos I can choose my brand with LR direct)
