I’m back
it seems as im on the cards I spend a lot of my time putting subbys work right.i keep telling my boss to stop a retention from them which he hasn't done yet
the good subbys get paid the same as the **** ones so wheres the incentive for them to do a good job.
I even heard one of them last week saying mate just get it on the floor if it gets snagged rich will sort it out anyway
so who else has to sort others **** out?

had to cut it all out and redo it
