I have a 2000 Xedi. Normally a radiator has a cap that releases pressure at a specified psi. How does excess pressure get released from the Freelanders cooling system? You have a expander tank which is under pressure, but I see no relief valve/system to release excees pressure... unless I cannot see it???. I have a slight water leak at times between radiator tank and radiator core (which is crimpted together and sealed by an o-ring). My thinking is that excess pressure causes this slight leak. On towing a caravan up a long hill the temperature tends to rise, and since the last incident I have had this leak. I need to top water up every 1000km or so with a bit, so it is not losing much. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi,
Pressure relief is via the cap on top of the expansion tank. Part number is PCD100160 if you are going to try a new one.
