The story so far.
Lost all drive.
Found it to be in neutral in the transfer box unable to select either h or l.
On removal of linkage the selector fork grub screw had come loose.Re tightened to locator hole then re assembled.Found h and l now wrong way round but all worked ok.
Then started jumping into neutral on the over run.
Today stripped it all down again to sort.
I cannot for the life of me work out how the lever is working the wrong way round. ie forward for hi and backward for low.
As i look at it the arm on the selector shaft across the transfer box is down towards the rear for low and near vertical for hi.What ever way i try to adjust the linkage i cannot get the lever to work this correctly. Can anyone tell me what i have done wrong.
Cheers

there is a detent 6mm allen screw on top rear drivers side of t/box ,it works wrong way round as the linkage on lever is wrong way round ,you need to remove difflock linkage out of the way and remove cam ring of splined shaft from lever and refit so that hi/low are in right direction and are selected equally its easy to get one so that its partly in gear

Yeah ive seen the way the cam ring fits the splined shaft but i havnt touched it so i dont understand how it can be the wrong way round all of a sudden.

Well i cannot find the detent you mention at all. Also has anyone by chance got a pic of the linkage in situ lurking away they can post so i can see how it should be connected.
