Just joined so thought I'd better say hello. I've just lost my landy virginity to a rather rusty Defender 110 County 2.5Td, which I'm taking with me to Africa in a few weeks.
Carry lots of spares, i.e: Air filter, Coolant/Water, Oil, Fanbelt ect... All the stuff thats easily replacable in the middle of nowhere, Also a good toolkit and a few spare wheels. Other than that its a land rover and will be fine!
