Heater in the p38 working well ,fan is too ,only problem is no matter what button you press to pick air flow direction it only wants to come out of the screen vent,gut feeling here is its a dash out job,please tell me otherwise.:confused2:

Distribution Blend Motor ???
Not a dash out job...do a search on the forum, loads of info.

As Irish says, blend motors. Have a look on Range Rovers for shortcuts to a fix.

oh yes ..... blend motors ..........
I got a set on ebay, pain to fit ...... but some good how to's on here

try cycling through each direction on cold/low, wack up to hottest and cycle again, just might clear it, otherwise blend motor it is!
