I HAVE A RANGE ROVER CLASSIC SOFT DASH 300TDI.IT CAME WITH THE EAS REMOVED ABD COIL SPRINGS FITTED THESE LEAVE THE CAR LIFTED TO HIGH AND THE SUSPENSION ROCK SOLID
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT SPRINGS WOULD LOWER THE SUSPENSION AND SAVE MY BACK AND TEETH.

Do you know the rate of your existing springs? Perhaps they are of the "heavy duty" variety that really increase ride height and stiffness. In that case, softer and shorter springs would be better.

just standard springs, I bought a set of allmakes oem ones from dingo croft for £88 delivered , actually twice

theres one set ont he 4 door and ones set on the 2 door lol

they seem to be heavy duty blue in colour(bearmach i think)
what and where can i get softer springs
part numbers would be a great help

ring dingo croft and tell me you want the bog standard springs , thats waht I did as above

Colin, where are you based, since it might make sense for you to go and look at either other range rovers with different suspension set-ups or visit a good independent and get them to talk you through the alternatives (one of which might be converting back to air for example, depending on what was removed when it was converted to springs).
Dingocroft are good as recommended - they are in High Wycombe but there are obviously others and it sounds to me like you should make a choice other than remotely.
You could try the Range Rover Register, particularly if they have a meet local to you, to see lots of options in one place, not much to join and you might get it back in insurance discounts
