The clutch has started slipping on my 110..

Four quick questions:

Is it worth checking anything or do I just assume the clutch is dying (150k)?

It has just started slipping on acceleration uphill when full. If I take it easy is it likely to last another month?

Any experience on here of the best replacement clutch? The work involved heavily outweighs the cost so I would prefer to put in the best rather than the cheapest if there is a difference. I do quiet a bit of off roading towing and general abuse.

It is an 89 TD which has had a 200tdi fitted. Which clutch will it take. Looking around the same clutches seem to cover the TD and the 200tdi?

Thanks

Andy

only fit a decent make AP driveline, reinforce the arm when you do it, change the rear crankshaft oil seal fit genuine only.just done mine, finished yesterday, I removed the engine to do mine, flushed the intercooler at the same time, drives like a new car.
good luck

Weld a bit of thick metal to the back where the rod presses on it. Or just build a pool of weld up on the back (better with a stick welder)

take the box back as its easier than moveing the engine.

Yup I dropped the box and used a pair of long slings and 2 ratchet straps to reposition it. went in 1st shove. Have had more trouble getting the old pecker in the ex's hole  :D
