pedals gone solid, thinking balls pushed trough fork, what am i looking at labour wise?
i know i need a clutch kit,HD fork and rear crankshaft oil seal any thing else needed, slave and master not very old done them last year

It's not that difficult, if you're working on your own it should take you know more than 3 hours comfortably. :)

I must replace my rear crankshaft oil seal too. I remember when I had my old 200TDi the chap I bought it off had said that he'd recently replaced it and that it was the worst job he had ever done. Not sure why, but he's definitely worried me. :)

No more than 3 hours? This is a landy mind.

Had this before and it was just a seized clutch slave, worth a check before you strip it all down.

Allow a full day to work in comfort. I should say 6-8 hours should do it (including cleaning the mess you'll probably find in the bell housing, taking multiple tea breaks, stretching your back, etc. Not a difficult job by any means. There's just a lot to be taken apart and everything is pretty heavy.

Took me and my mate about 6 hours over 3 nights to do mine, might have bin faster in a full day with no beer,

Phosphor bronze (and similar) bushes are slightly porous so soaking them in oil effectively provides a small reservoir of oil to stop things seizing up. If yours has been ok for a while then there should be sufficient clearances so as not to cause any future issues
