hi all went out this morning i knew there was something up soon as i pushed the clutch down (only half the normal travel)
when i moved the landrover there was a puddle of clutch fluid any pointers would be great

i thought it was the slave cylnder as the master cylnder was empty couldnt find any trace of a leak so topped up and pumped the pedal a few times and it was back to normal
begining to think the puddle wasnt mine
will keep eye on it and let you know

could be either master or slave, you're doing the best thing I think by keeping an eye on it. you should be able to tell overnight.

Put some card or paper underneath to check.

will do ive changed the fluid for blue stuff used in racing bikes
so if iv'e got a leak i will soon find it
cheers shadowster

my 110's been through 6 master cylinders in 5 years...

theres a new puddle beginning to form again and the slippy wet arm of the pedal, damn.

the reason i thought it was the slave the puddle was on the pavement but yet again the puddle might not have been mine

Best to change them both at the same time, master and slave. Shouldn't cost much more than £20 for the 2. Just done mine in the 110
