Hi,
When changing gear in low gear on my 02 Freelander TD4 I get a clunk from the back end when letting out the clutch. Only happens at low speed and when moving off. Any help would be appreciated.

diff mount(s). cracked chassis, subframe mount broken. loads of discussion about this if you :search:

Check the UJs on your propshafts.
